Sean describes the presentation, titled “Social Media Business Intelligence,” as follows:

A review of social media business intelligence and how to use statistics to improve your performance. Presentation highlights custom ratios, complex stat comparisons, and a variety of available tools to help you. Invest your time wisely in social media by knowing where your results are truly benefiting your business.

    Looks like a great presentation Sean, sorry that I missed it. Did you cover any of the sentiment analysis tools (i.e. Radian6) n your presentation? I didn’t see it, but possibly just missed it as I was going through the slides.

    Also – have you heard of Trendslide? I’m one of the Co-Founder’s, and we’re a Manchester NH based startup building a trend platform for mobile devices (iPhone / iPad initially).
